(**Proper balance/more waves will be implemented at some point**)

A simple 3D tower defence game inspired by the Bloons Tower Defence series by NinjaKiwi, created on Unreal Engine 4.

-- Unique 'rogue-like'esk mods to choose from after every wave:

Thick Rubber, Thin Rubber, Pyromania, Manual Override, Premium Helium, Baby Balloons, Observer, Friendly Fire and Mobility.

 -- Towers:

Gunner, Freezer, Tack Shooter, Rocket Tower and Farm.

 -- Upgrades:

Each tower starts with a single upgrade that improves stats, but the second upgrade is a choice between two, power and crowd control. The towers' power/crowd upgrades have some interesting effects for you to discover.

More in-depth info/notes:

For controls read the controls at the top left on screen when playing.

The game currently has very few enemy waves for the 'story mode' so I would recommend playing around in the sandbox mode instead.

Farm's power upgrade will stop giving money, but instead it will increase the speed of nearby towers by 50%.

Only fire/explosive towers can deal damage to the metal balloons.

Every non-moab balloon can be spawned as a camo balloon, these towers will be targeted by all towers but only some towers/upgrades can deal damage to these towers.

Moab balloon's health can be seen by hovering on them with mouse.

Story Mode Doesnt Even Work At Least Make The Game Playable WIthout tons of HP and Lives

Yeah sorry it was just a project for one of my university assignments, didn't have time to balance and add proper waves of enemies. Super busy and this isn't high on my priority list and in a way I feel weird making it a proper 'game' because of the heavy inspiration of the Bloons Tower Defense series

(1 edit)

That makes sense that this isn't a priority. I'm just looking at it from a game developer's perspective and leaving feedback still a cool idea for just a university project.
